TV subscriptions
If you only remember one thing: in Belgium, a TV subscription ranking changes completely depending on whether you rank on the first-year price or on the thirteenth bill. I rank on the second. Proximus comes first because it is the only operator covering the whole country with the same package and the same set-top box, and because its promo-to-full-price gap is the most legible on the market. Telenet and VOO follow, each dominating its half of the country: Telenet in the north, VOO in Wallonia and Brussels. Orange places fourth with the most flexible offer for households that do not want a landline. Scarlet and Base close the ranking: fewer channels, fewer options, but a markedly lower full price, which makes them the only offers whose bill does not jump after a year. None of these six is best in the abstract: the only question that matters before choosing is which of them actually serves your address.
Top 6TV and internet bundles
If you only remember one figure: the cheapest TV and internet bundle in Belgium costs 33.00 euros a month for the first twelve months, then 37.00 euros from the thirteenth. That is BASE Limited internet + App TV, surveyed on 28 August 2026 for postcode 4000. I rank these seven bundles on the second figure, the thirteenth bill, because that is the one you will pay for the longest. The order then changes entirely: TADAAM and Scarlet climb because they have no promotion to claw back, Telenet and Proximus drop because their full price exceeds 70.00 euros. One point before the table: coverage settles the question before price does. VOO does not cable Flanders, Telenet does not cable Wallonia, and four of these seven operators own no TV network at all.
Top 7internet, TV and phone bundles
One figure to hold on to: the cheapest internet, TV and phone bundle in Belgium costs 50.00 euros a month, and it will still cost 50.00 euros in the thirteenth month. That is Scarlet Trio Standaard Internet + Mobile 20 GB, surveyed on 10 September 2026. The most expensive of the six, Orange Livebox + Mobile Medium + TV, advertises 68.00 euros and moves to 96.00 euros once the promotion ends. Forty-six euros of monthly difference, 552.00 euros over a full year. I therefore rank these six bundles on the thirteenth bill, not on the headline rate. Two things before the table. Coverage settles the matter before price does: VOO does not cable Flanders, Telenet does not cable Wallonia. And the third service, mobile or landline, is billed between 13.00 and 23.00 euros a month depending on the operator, which is not always cheaper than a SIM bought separately.
Top 6Proximus subscriptions
If you only remember one figure: the most sensible Proximus subscription with television costs 75.99 euros a month once the promotion ends. That is the Flex+ Internet Go + TV bundle, surveyed on proximus.be on 29 September 2026, free for the first three months and then billed at the full rate from the fourth. Proximus is the former state telecoms operator and the only one with its own network across the whole of Belgium. I rank five of its subscriptions here on that full-rate figure, the thirteenth bill, and on what each one contains. The result comes down to a calculation Proximus prints nowhere: inside a Flex+ bundle, television costs 18.00 euros a month, the mobile line 15.00 euros, and moving from copper to Mega fibre 7.00 euros. With those three numbers you can rebuild any bundle and see at a glance what you are paying for and not using. One point before the table: the 0 euro for three months promotion ends on 30 September 2026, and nothing guarantees it will return in the same form.
Top 5Orange subscriptions
The most sensible Orange subscription with television costs 82.00 euros a month, and that price does not move in month thirteen: it is Livebox Up with Orange TV, surveyed on orange.be on 5 October 2026. Orange Belgium has owned the Walloon cable company VOO since 2023. If a mobile line comes into the sum, the surprise lies elsewhere. The same bundle with a 70 GB mobile plan is displayed at 77.00 euros a month, which is 5.00 euros less than without a phone. I rank six Orange subscriptions here on the amount of the thirteenth bill and on what they really contain: 20 channels inside an app or 70 channels with a set-top box, a difference the bundle name does not tell you. Orange never displays the price of each building block. I rebuilt it: 53.00, 62.00 or 72.00 euros for internet depending on speed, and 10.00, 20.00 or 32.00 euros for television. One last point before the table: the small print dates the commercial campaign from 10 August to 4 October 2026, and the promotional prices were still on display the day after.
Top 6Telenet subscriptions
The cheapest Telenet subscription with television costs 76.00 euros a month outside any promotion: Internet Basic at 56.00 euros and Telenet TV at 20.00 euros, surveyed on 11 October 2026. Telenet's page nevertheless displays "from 51 euros". The 25.00 euro gap comes from a discount that lasts six months, not twelve. At Telenet, the step up therefore arrives on the seventh bill, not the thirteenth. Second change to know about: the ONE and ONEup bundles have left the shop window. Since May 2026 you build your subscription block by block, starting from one of three internet tiers. Top 6VOO subscriptions
The cheapest VOO subscription with a TV decoder costs 72.00 euros a month: Rapide internet at 200 Mbps plus television with the .évasion box, surveyed on 17 October 2026 on the voo.be price list. Without a decoder, the Streaming formula drops to 65.00 euros, for 20 channels in the app. At VOO there is, for once, no monthly discount to watch out for. The price of the first bill is the price of the thirteenth, and of the thirty-sixth if the price list does not move. That is rare, and it has a flip side: you never pay less than the full rate, and VOO raised it by 3.00 euros on 1 January 2026.
