Top 6 best internet, TV and phone bundles 2026
One figure to hold on to: the cheapest internet, TV and phone bundle in Belgium costs 50.00 euros a month, and it will still cost 50.00 euros in the thirteenth month. That is Scarlet Trio Standaard Internet + Mobile 20 GB, surveyed on 10 September 2026.
Updated 10 September 2026
The most expensive of the six, Orange Livebox + Mobile Medium + TV, advertises 68.00 euros and moves to 96.00 euros once the promotion ends. Forty-six euros of monthly difference, 552.00 euros over a full year. I therefore rank these six bundles on the thirteenth bill, not on the headline rate. Two things before the table. Coverage settles the matter before price does: VOO does not cable Flanders, Telenet does not cable Wallonia. And the third service, mobile or landline, is billed between 13.00 and 23.00 euros a month depending on the operator, which is not always cheaper than a SIM bought separately.
Why rank trio bundles on the thirteenth bill?
Because a trio bundle is the contract households keep the longest, and the headline rate covers only its first year. Three services in one contract means three reasons not to move: changing operator obliges you to move the internet line, the television and the phone number at the same time. Operators know it, and they price the first twelve months accordingly.
Across the six bundles surveyed on 10 September 2026, the gap between the headline rate and the full rate runs from 0.00 to 28.00 euros a month. Zero at Scarlet and VOO, which display a single rate. Nine euros at BASE, fifteen at Telenet, twenty-eight at Orange. Proximus sits apart with a three-month promotion instead of twelve, which makes its advertised price the most honest of the six even though it is also among the highest.
Over twenty-four months, Orange Livebox + Mobile Medium + TV costs 816.00 euros in the first year and 1 152.00 euros in the second. Scarlet Trio costs 600.00 euros in each of them. The two bundles look 18.00 euros apart on signing day. They are 46.00 euros apart from the thirteenth month.
A ranking that stops at the headline rate therefore ranks the wrong number.
What is the cheapest internet, TV and phone bundle in Belgium?
Scarlet Trio Standaard Internet + Mobile 20 GB, at 50.00 euros a month, with no promotional rate and therefore no increase after twelve months. It includes unlimited internet at 100 Mbps, a set-top box, 33 channels, 20 GB of mobile data and 600 minutes of calls. Surveyed 10 September 2026.
The full ranking on the thirteenth bill: Scarlet at 50.00 euros, BASE Limited internet + 15 GB + TV at 57.00 euros, VOO Trio Rapide + 15GB + TV at 85.00 euros, Telenet Basic + Basic 15 GB + TV Iconic at 86.00 euros, Proximus Flex+ + Mobile Easy + TV at 90.99 euros and Orange Livebox + Mobile Medium + TV at 96.00 euros.
The gap between first and last is 46.00 euros a month, or 552.00 euros over a year. You are not buying the same thing: 33 channels and 20 GB on one side, 80 channels and 50 GB on the other. But the extra 47 channels and 30 GB cost 46.00 euros a month, which is more than a second mobile plan and a streaming subscription combined.
Scarlet and BASE both resell someone else's network, Proximus for the first, cable for the second. Neither owns a television network of its own, and neither offers the recording depth that Telenet or Proximus do. If you record several programmes at once, the ranking reverses.
How much does the third service actually cost in a bundle?
Between 13.00 and 23.00 euros a month, and nobody prints that figure. It is obtained by subtracting the price of the internet and TV duo from the price of the same bundle with mobile added, both taken at their post-promotion rate.
Duo rates surveyed 28 August 2026, trio rates surveyed 10 September 2026. At VOO, 65.00 euros becomes 78.00 euros: the mobile line costs 13.00 euros for 15 GB. At BASE, 42.00 becomes 57.00: 15.00 euros for 15 GB. At Telenet, 71.00 becomes 86.00: 15.00 euros for 15 GB. At Proximus, 75.99 becomes 90.99: 15.00 euros for 20 GB. At Orange, 63.00 becomes 86.00: 23.00 euros for 50 GB.
Compare that with a mobile plan bought on its own. Scarlet lists its entry mobile plan from 8.00 euros a month, surveyed 10 September 2026. A 15 GB plan bought separately therefore lands close to the bundled price, sometimes below it, and it keeps one advantage the bundle does not: you can cancel it on its own.
The reflex to lose is the one that treats a bundle as automatically cheaper. It is cheaper than three full-price subscriptions. It is not always cheaper than one duo plus a well-chosen SIM.
Landline or mobile: which costs less in a trio bundle?
The landline, by roughly three euros a month on average across the four largest operators. Scarlet published a price survey carried out on 15 May 2026 through meilleurtarif.be, the independent comparator run by the Belgian telecoms regulator: the average bundle with unlimited internet, digital TV through a set-top box and a landline came to 83.00 euros, against 85.75 euros for the same bundle with mobile instead.
The same survey gives the landline trio rates, post-promotion: Scarlet Trio at 45.00 euros, Telenet Internet basic + TV + TEL at 78.00 euros, VOO Trio Fast with the TV confort package at 84.00 euros, Proximus Flex+ Go at 84.99 euros and Orange Start with TV and fixed phone at 85.00 euros.
A landline is cheap for the operator, which is exactly why it is bundled so readily. During my installation years around Namur, the phone socket was plugged in on perhaps one trio installation in five. The other four households took the line because it came with the bundle and never connected a handset to it.
The useful question is not which of the two costs less. It is whether you use either. If you have no landline handset and your current mobile plan suits you, the duo plus your existing SIM beats both.
Does the advertised channel count match what you receive?
No, and VOO gave a clean demonstration of it this summer. The operator advertises up to 80 channels, and in August 2026 its base package lost two of them, CNN and Boomerang, as reported by the Belgian daily L'Avenir on 11 August 2026. Nothing on the sign-up page changed. The price did not move either.
Carriage rights are renegotiated channel by channel and network by network, which is also why the list differs between two municipalities served by the same operator. The advertised figure is a catalogue ceiling, not a delivery commitment.
On the thirteenth bill, the cost per advertised channel in this ranking works out as follows: 1.06 euros at VOO, 1.08 at Telenet, 1.14 at Proximus, 1.20 at Orange, 1.52 at Scarlet and 2.04 at BASE. The gap between the best and the worst ratio is close to double.
But the ratio only means something once you have counted the channels you actually watch. Open the operator's channel list filtered on your postcode, and count them. In the households I visited, the answer sat between eight and fifteen. On that basis, Scarlet's 33 channels at 50.00 euros beat Orange's 80 at 96.00 euros without much of a contest.
How was this ranking built?
I took one bundle per operator, the cheapest combining internet, television and a phone line with a set-top box included, and I sorted them on the post-promotion rate. Prices come from the operators' published price lists, surveyed on 10 September 2026, with promotions identified line by line. The duo comparison rates come from my own survey of 28 August 2026 for postcode 4000.
Six operators sell this type of bundle in Belgium: Scarlet, BASE, VOO, Telenet, Proximus and Orange. TADAAM was left out because it sells no trio bundle. The mobile variant was chosen as the common basis because it is by far the most searched of the two in Belgium; the landline variant has its own section and its own figures.
The rank follows the thirteenth bill. The score weighs the contents of the bundle, the channel count, the recording features and the coverage, so it does not decrease steadily from first to sixth.
Unauthorised IPTV services do not appear here. They are a legal risk, not a competitor.
One word of context. In its comparative price study published on 15 December 2025, covering October 2025 tariffs, the BIPT, the Belgian telecoms regulator, places Belgium at the top of the countries studied for the most popular complete bundles. The amounts on this page are high because the market is.

Comparison table
Methodology : Six internet, TV and phone bundles, one per operator selling this type of offer in Belgium, ranked on the price of the thirteenth bill, meaning the rate that applies once the entry promotion has ended. Each entry is the cheapest bundle of its operator combining internet, television with a set-top box and a phone line. Prices surveyed on 10 September 2026 from the price lists published by the operators; the duo comparison rates come from an in-house survey of 28 August 2026 for postcode 4000, and the landline trio rates from the price survey carried out on 15 May 2026 through meilleurtarif.be, the comparator run by the BIPT. Rates vary by municipality, by the technology available and by the options taken, and must be confirmed at the address on the operator's own availability tool. TADAAM is absent because it sells no trio bundle. Unauthorised IPTV services are excluded on principle. No link on this page is paid for: this site lives on mentions, not affiliation.
