The cheapest VOO subscription with a TV decoder costs 72.00 euros a month: Rapide internet at 200 Mbps plus television with the .évasion box, surveyed on 17 October 2026 on the voo.be price list. Without a decoder, the Streaming formula drops to 65.00 euros, for 20 channels in the app.

The decoder at the lowest priceBest forA household of two to four people watching live TV and replay on the living-room television7.8/10

VOO Duo Rapide + TV72.00 EUR/month with no promotion, surveyed 17/10/2026

72.00 euros a month, with no promotion and therefore no rise in the thirteenth month. Internet at 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, unlimited data, 80 channels, the .évasion box, replay up to seven days back and recording. That is 3.99 euros less than Proximus Flex+ Internet Go with TV (75.99 euros on 29 September 2026) and 4.00 euros less than Telenet Basic with TV (76.00 euros on 11 October 2026). I put it first because it is VOO's cheapest complete formula, and 200 Mbps is enough for most of the living rooms I have wired.

    Pros
    • 72.00 euros a month, surveyed 17/10/2026
    • Thirteenth bill identical to the first
    • 80 channels for 17.00 euros, or 0.21 euros a channel
    • 50.00 euro activation fee waived on 17/10/2026
    Cons
    • 10 Mbps upload, the weakest upstream speed of the ranked bundles
    • Standard installation charged 60.00 euros
    • .évasion box launched in 2015, with dated menus

VOO Trio Rapide + TV + Mobile 15 GB85.00 EUR/month with no promotion, surveyed 17/10/2026

85.00 euros a month: 55.00 euros of internet, 17.00 euros of television and 13.00 euros for a 15 GB mobile plan with unlimited calls and texts. The decoder and the 80 channels are the same as in the Duo. Over thirty-six months, 3 060.00 euros. The mobile plan at 13.00 euros only exists attached to internet: the day you cancel the bundle, it goes back to its full price.

    Pros
    • 15 GB mobile plan for 13.00 euros a month
    • Unlimited calls and texts, continuous data after the allowance
    • Same television as the Duo, .évasion box included
    Cons
    • 85.00 euros a month, surveyed 17/10/2026
    • 10 Mbps upload on Rapide internet
    • Mobile discount tied to keeping internet

VOO Duo Rapide + Streaming65.00 EUR/month with no promotion, surveyed 17/10/2026

65.00 euros a month for 200 Mbps internet and 20 channels in the VOO TV+ app, with no decoder. It is the lowest bill in the ranking, 2 340.00 euros over thirty-six months, but also the most expensive television relative to its content: 0.50 euros a channel. Orange sold the same idea, Livebox with TV Lite and 20 channels, for 63.00 euros on 5 October 2026.

    Pros
    • 65.00 euros a month, surveyed 17/10/2026
    • 2 340.00 euros over 36 months, the lowest cost in the ranking
    • Five devices and five simultaneous sessions
    Cons
    • Only 20 channels, no recording
    • RTBF and Be tv limited to two simultaneous sessions
    • 2.00 euros more than Orange's Livebox with TV Lite

VOO Duo Giga Rapide + TV88.00 EUR/month with no promotion, surveyed 17/10/2026

88.00 euros a month for internet from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps, up to 50 Mbps upload, 80 channels and the .évasion box. The 16.00 euros more than the Duo Rapide buy speed, upload above all, not television. Orange asked 82.00 euros for its Livebox Up with Orange TV, up to 500 Mbps and up to 70 channels, on 5 October 2026.

    Pros
    • From 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps download
    • Up to 50 Mbps upload, five times the Rapide tier
    • 80 channels and .évasion box included
    Cons
    • 88.00 euros a month, surveyed 17/10/2026

VOO Trio Rapide + TV + Mobile 50 GB90.00 EUR/month with no promotion, surveyed 17/10/2026

90.00 euros a month: 5.00 euros more than the 15 GB Trio for 35 GB more data. The 50 GB mobile plan costs 18.00 euros in the bundle, against 23.00 euros on its own according to Callmepower on 2 October 2026. Over thirty-six months, 3 240.00 euros. Look at your real consumption over six months before paying these extra 60.00 euros a year.

    Pros
    • 50 GB mobile plan for 18.00 euros in the bundle
    • Same television and same box as the Duo
    • One bill for three services

The priciest landline on the marketBest forA household that keeps a landline for an alarm or a relative who does not use a mobile phone6.2/10

    VOO Quatro Rapide + TV + Mobile 15 GB + Landline97.00 EUR/month with no promotion, surveyed 17/10/2026

97.00 euros a month, that is the 85.00 euro Trio plus 12.00 euros of landline with unlimited calls to fixed numbers. Over thirty-six months, 3 492.00 euros, the highest total in the ranking. I put it last for one reason: 12.00 euros a month for a landline is six times the price of Telenet's (2.00 euros on 11 October 2026).

    Pros
    • Four services on a single bill
    • Unlimited calls to landlines
    • .évasion box and 80 channels included
    Cons
    • 97.00 euros a month, surveyed 17/10/2026
    • 3 492.00 euros over 36 months, the highest cost
    • The landline alone weighs 144.00 euros a year

At VOO there is, for once, no monthly discount to watch out for. The price of the first bill is the price of the thirteenth, and of the thirty-sixth if the price list does not move. That is rare, and it has a flip side: you never pay less than the full rate, and VOO raised it by 3.00 euros on 1 January 2026. I rank six combinations with television here, from Duo to Quatro, on the monthly price and on what is actually delivered. I also give the price of each building block, which VOO's sales page only reveals step by step in its configurator. Two reminders before the table. VOO's cable network covers most of Wallonia and part of Brussels: test your address first. And the brand has been wholly owned by Orange Belgium since 1 October 2025, which matters for your choice; I come back to it below.

How much does a VOO subscription with television cost?

From 65.00 to 97.00 euros a month for the six combinations ranked here, surveyed on 17 October 2026 on the voo.be price list.

Without a mobile plan, three formulas. The Duo Rapide with the Streaming formula costs 65.00 euros. The Duo Rapide with TV, meaning with the .évasion box, costs 72.00 euros. The Duo Giga Rapide with TV costs 88.00 euros.

With a mobile plan, I keep three more. The Trio Rapide with TV and a 15 GB mobile plan: 85.00 euros. The same Trio with a 50 GB plan: 90.00 euros. And the Quatro Rapide, with TV, a 15 GB mobile plan and a landline: 97.00 euros.

None of these prices is promotional. VOO grants neither three, six nor twelve months of discount on the subscription. On 17 October 2026, the only promotion shown on the bundles page waived the activation fee, that is 50.00 euros. Installation by a technician is still charged 60.00 euros on weekdays, 85.00 euros in the evening and 110.00 euros at the weekend.

Over thirty-six months, the length of time most of the households I equipped stayed with the same operator, the bill adds up as follows, excluding one-off fees: 2 340.00 euros for the Duo Streaming, 2 592.00 euros for the Duo Rapide with TV, 3 060.00 euros for the Trio with 15 GB, 3 168.00 euros for the Duo Giga Rapide with TV, 3 240.00 euros for the Trio with 50 GB and 3 492.00 euros for the Quatro. Between the two extremes, 1 152.00 euros.

To put these amounts in context, here are the neighbours, each with its survey date. Proximus charged 75.99 euros outside any promotion for its Flex+ Internet Go with TV on 29 September 2026. Telenet asked 76.00 euros for Internet Basic with Telenet TV on 11 October 2026. Orange sold its Livebox with Orange TV Lite for 63.00 euros on 5 October 2026. VOO is therefore 3.99 euros below Proximus and 4.00 euros below Telenet for an entry bundle with a decoder, and 2.00 euros above Orange for television without a box.

How much does each building block of a VOO subscription cost?

Inside a bundle, Rapide internet costs 55.00 euros and Giga Rapide internet 71.00 euros. Television costs 17.00 euros with a decoder and 10.00 euros as Streaming. Mobile costs 13.00 euros for 15 GB, 18.00 euros for 50 GB and 28.00 euros for 300 GB. The landline costs 12.00 euros. Prices surveyed in the voo.be configurator on 17 October 2026.

Of all the operators I follow, VOO shows this grid best, and credit where it is due: every block displays its price, and the sum adds up. 55.00 plus 17.00 euros gives exactly the 72.00 euros of the Duo Rapide with TV. 55.00, 17.00 and 13.00 euros give the 85.00 euros of the Trio. Add 12.00 euros for the landline and you reach the 97.00 euros of the Quatro.

Taken alone, outside a bundle, internet costs more: 58.00 euros for Rapide and 74.00 euros for Giga Rapide, on the internet price page surveyed the same day. The bundle discount is therefore worth 3.00 euros a month on internet. If you already have internet only at VOO, adding television with a decoder takes the bill from 58.00 to 72.00 euros. The box and its 80 channels then cost you 14.00 euros more, not 17.00.

Mobile follows the same logic. Callmepower recorded on 2 October 2026 a standalone 50 GB VOO mobile plan at 23.00 euros; inside a bundle, the same plan costs 18.00 euros. The discount is real, and it ties you in: the day you cancel internet, the mobile plan goes back to its full price.

The block that makes me wince is the landline. 12.00 euros a month for a fixed line is six times the 2.00 euros Telenet charged for its own on 11 October 2026. Over three years, 432.00 euros. During my installer years, the landline still served the alarm system and the grandparent who refused a mobile phone. If that is no longer your case, the Trio is enough.

On speed, Rapide advertises 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, unlimited data. Giga Rapide advertises 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps download and up to 50 Mbps upload. The 10 Mbps upload is the weak spot of the entry formula: half the 20 Mbps of Telenet Basic. For a household working from home that sends heavy files or holds two video calls at once, the limit will come from upload, not download.

Should you take TV with a decoder or the Streaming formula?

Take the decoder if someone at home watches live TV on the big screen. Take Streaming if everything is already watched in apps.

The gap is 7.00 euros a month, 84.00 euros a year. For that price, the TV formula gives up to 80 channels, the .évasion box and cable distribution, restart of a programme already on air, replay up to seven days back and recording, according to the voo.be TV page surveyed on 17 October 2026. The Streaming formula gives 20 channels in the VOO TV+ app, with no box, no seven-day replay and no recording. The price list says 20 channels, the TV page announces 21: I keep the lower figure, the one from the price list.

Per channel, the decoder wins easily: 17.00 euros for 80 channels, or 0.21 euros a channel, against 10.00 euros for 20 channels, or 0.50 euros. Orange sells its TV Lite at the same 10.00 euros for 20 channels, surveyed on 5 October 2026.

The Streaming formula has limits written into its terms. It is only available to customers with fixed internet at VOO. It works on five devices and five simultaneous sessions, except for RTBF (the French-speaking public broadcaster) channels and Be tv, which are limited to two sessions. Adult options are not compatible with it. And to watch it on the living-room TV, you need a smart TV or a box compatible with the app.

My view as a former installer, after seven years of cable work in the streets of Namur and Jambes: the .évasion box dates from 2015 and its menus show it, but it does what you expect from a decoder. If your children watch cartoons on replay on Saturday morning, the 7.00 euros pay for themselves quickly.

A note on options. Family Fun costs 10.00 euros a month, Discover More 15.00 euros, Orange Sports 25.00 euros, Be tv 25.00 euros. Combinations exist: Combo Loisirs (Family Fun and Discover More) at 20.00 euros, Combo Famille (Be tv, Family Fun and Discover More) at 40.00 euros. With the latter, the Duo Rapide with TV goes from 72.00 to 112.00 euros a month. All these prices were surveyed on 17 October 2026. Two reservations are written into the terms: adult options are not compatible with the Streaming formula, and Family Fun and Discover More cannot be combined with the Be bouquets. Read the compatibility line before ordering.

Why is the thirteenth VOO bill the same as the first?

Because VOO no longer sells discounts on the subscription: nothing stops in the thirteenth month.

This is the clearest difference with its neighbours. On 5 October 2026, Orange showed its Livebox Giga with TV Plus at 92.00 euros for twelve months, then 104.00 euros. On 11 October 2026, Telenet raised its Basic bundle with TV from 51.00 to 76.00 euros from the seventh bill. At VOO, on 17 October 2026, the price of the first month was the price of the last. Callmepower made the same observation on 2 October 2026: none of the VOO offers on sale carried a promotion.

The flip side is simple. You get no reduced-price period, and the full rate has gone up. L'Avenir detailed on 19 November 2025 a rise of 3.00 euros a month on 22 bundles from 1 January 2026. Testachats (the Belgian consumer association) announced at that date 57.00 euros for standalone Rapide internet; I record 58.00 euros on 17 October 2026. A stable bill therefore does not mean a frozen one: it moves with the annual price rises, not with promotions.

For existing customers, one detail deserves a check on your bill. According to L'Avenir, subscribers recruited between 2 July and 31 December 2024 enjoy a lifetime discount of 17.00 euros a month. The published example: a Duo with TV at 55.00 euros for them in 2026, against 72.00 euros at the standard rate. If you have this discount, do not change formula without doing the maths, because nothing says it survives a migration.

Finally, the six-month rule applies. The BIPT (the Belgian telecoms regulator) points out that after six months of contract, no termination fee can be charged to a consumer. At VOO as elsewhere, you are free to leave at no cost after that period.

Is VOO going to disappear in favour of Orange?

The company, yes. The brand, not yet.

Orange Belgium bought VOO on 2 June 2023. On 1 October 2025, VOO SA was absorbed by Orange Belgium SA, and La Libre stated that same day that customers' subscriptions, services and benefits remained unchanged. Paris Match announced on 8 September 2025 that the brand would disappear around mid-2026, through a migration of customers to Orange offers. On 17 October 2026, voo.be was still taking orders, and the site menu showed a "VOO & Orange" section.

Two consequences for you. Orange may offer to switch you to one of its formulas, and that offer remains commercial: you can turn it down. And Orange sells its own bundles in the same streets as VOO. Compare before signing. On 5 October 2026, the Livebox with Orange TV Lite cost 63.00 euros, and the Livebox Up with Orange TV, meaning up to 500 Mbps and up to 70 channels with a decoder, 82.00 euros. VOO asks 88.00 euros for its Duo Giga Rapide with TV, 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps and 80 channels, surveyed on 17 October 2026. Six euros apart, which ten more channels may or may not justify depending on what you watch.

I will not tell you to flee VOO. I will tell you to read the migration offer line by line, with the non-promotional rate on both sides, and to check that your .évasion box remains compatible. Paris Match reported that its interface would be updated to serve customers of both brands.

What surveys is this ranking based on?

On the voo.be price list and configurator, surveyed on 17 October 2026, on the voo.be TV page surveyed the same day, and on four dated articles: La Libre of 1 October 2025, L'Avenir of 19 November 2025, Testachats of 24 November 2025 and Callmepower of 2 October 2026.

I recalculated every bundle by adding up its blocks: all six add up exactly. The rank follows the ratio between the thirteenth bill and the content, not price alone. Speeds are maximums, and coverage is checked at your address, not on the map.

Yes, with the Streaming formula at 10.00 euros a month inside a bundle: 20 channels in the VOO TV+ app, on five devices, with no recording. It requires a fixed internet subscription at VOO. The Duo Rapide with Streaming costs 65.00 euros, surveyed on 17 October 2026.

Does VOO belong to Orange?

Yes. Orange Belgium bought VOO on 2 June 2023 and absorbed the company on 1 October 2025. The brand is still on sale on 17 October 2026, and existing contracts are maintained. Orange may offer a migration to its own formulas, which you can turn down.
